THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS BROUGHT AGAINST SPS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY; THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. THE TERMS OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER SHALL NOT APPLY IF UNENFORCEABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH YOU RESIDE.

Modifying or Terminating our Services

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements, and we may suspend (to the extent allowed by applicable law) or stop part of our Services altogether. Accordingly, SPS may terminate your use of any Service for any reason.

Security

We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your account and related information, SPS cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures.

Through the Services, you will have the ability to access and/or use content provided by instructors, other users, and/or other third parties and links to websites and services maintained by third parties. SPS cannot guarantee that such third-party content, in the Services or elsewhere, will be free of material you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that may harm your computer, mobile device, or any files therein. SPS disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access or use of, or inability to access or use, such third-party content.

Paid Services from SPS

SPS offers paid Services (e.g., course certificates for certain courses) for a fee. Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted in local currency. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by or for SPS and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms. Fees may vary based on your location and other factors, and SPS reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion.

Sales are final and no refunds will be provided. No Cash Refunds or Exchanges due to software sharing guidelines. Funds may not be transferred to a different product.

Our License to You

Subject to these Terms and our Policies, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license right to use our Services. The rights granted herein are only for your personal, non-commercial use unless you obtain our written permission otherwise. You also agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one user account, unless expressly permitted by SPS, and you will not share access to your account or access information for your account with any third party. Using our Services does not give you ownership of or any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.

Feedback

We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments, and other feedback regarding the Services (“Feedback”). By submitting any Feedback, you grant us the right to use the Feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you. The company is not responsible for the accuracy, suitability and validity of the course material being offered, although every effort is made to ensure correctness. The individual Learner is responsible for ensuring he or she has required access to suitable equipment to complete the course in each event and ensure he or she is suitably protected and follows any suggested and mandatory safety guidelines required either by law or through best practice recommendations and common sense. The company will not be responsible for any health and safety issues and/or injuries or any consequences or whatsoever nature, arising out of the conducting of the training courses.

Additional Terms

Taking any course associated with the company does not guarantee job placement or acceptance with any other company or organization. There is no promise of promotion or enhancement of any kind when participating in the curriculum provided.

All Security Course certificates must be completed with additional steps of processing with the state of Texas. Background checks are required and made clear to each user and participant before the purchase of the course. Texas Department of Private Security has its regulations that allow individuals to become certified. The company is not responsible for certification or approvals of licenses.

The company will create content and promotional images, audio, and videos that will sometimes detect participants’ physical identity. There are no obligations for compensation. In the in-person classes, Individuals are made aware that recordings will take place for promotional purposes only. Individuals do have the right to refuse or deny to be recorded or used in promotional or marketing material before the session begins, after that they forfeit their interest.
